PMF is half decent and existing customer’s outlook isn’t bad, but the leadership has to be some of the cringiest I’ve seen yet

Low base compensation and commission structure, no 401k match and benefits are very poor. Health insurance is provided by the deductible is incredibly high. Product is very good. Several deals have fallen through in offshore implementation.

I know one person on a different team who hit quota. Manager says sell more if you want a base comp increase.

Kaseya supports political views that could be conflicting for minority groups, they allow management to walk around wearing MAGA hats at Sales Kick off meetings, hold their conference at the Trump Doral in Miami, and they’ve eliminated interest groups when they completed the merger with Datto. They have a horrible culture similar to a big gray party and executives...Read More
