Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Kaseya supports political views that could be conflicting for minority groups, they allow management to walk around wearing MAGA hats at Sales Kick off meetings, hold their conference at the Trump Doral in Miami, and they’ve eliminated interest groups when they completed the merger with Datto. They have a horrible culture similar to a big gray party and executives and management have been seen doing lines of coke and definitely are not sober. Overall not a great company to work for long term, full of tons of college kids, promoting a lot of emotionally immature sales reps into leadership before they are ready and cause ineffective leaders and high churn.
