There are greener pastures out there — lack of business strategy puts all of the onus on reps to generate their own pipeline otherwise you’re a dead man walking. Branded as a revolutionary company, really just another PEO that customers will eventually outgrow and find a new solution for. You very quickly find out that there are much more powerful solutions out there.

Overall, it was average. Great people, low pay. The usual grind of an SDR.
