Good People, sub-par management. Currently, there are alot of organizational changes to the company. The churn for AE-1's is super high. Making it extremely hard to succeed as a new AE.

Negative experience overall. If it can be avoided, I would not work here if it could be avoided. Management are mean spirited but smile in your face.

There are greener pastures out there — lack of business strategy puts all of the onus on reps to generate their own pipeline otherwise you’re a dead man walking. My overall experience was really great. The culture at this organization is really great. It is the kind of place where you will meet friends for life. I do feel like the leadership team makes decisions that favor the top-performing reps rather than equaling the playing field for all reps. The base pay and overall commission structure is not competitive in my opinion.
