My overall experience with Justworks has been positive culturally. However, the sales structures and processes here are inequitable. If you are in a good territory with a good manager it is smooth sailing. If you are a newer rep you do not have access to the resources and opportunities the select few tenured reps have. There seems to be no desire from leadership to acknowledge or change this.

Sales at Justworks can be great if you’re a favorite and in a good territory. If you’re in a bad territory you’re facing an uphill battle. Deal size vs goals means people can get lucky and have blow out quarters.

Product is going multi-product which gives opportunities for new reps. They have been better about ramping brand new AEs.
