I do feel like the leadership team makes decisions that favor the top-performing reps rather than equaling the playing field for all reps. The base pay and overall commission structure is not competitive in my opinion.

Branded as a revolutionary company, really just another PEO that customers will eventually outgrow and find a new solution for. Current Employee2.9Nov 7, 2024Great company that hires extremely bright people. Sales is almost exclusively self source for AE 1s, which is what most start at. It takes over a year to get fully ramped. Extremely complex product. The support model is the best in the PEO industry and you can relay this with confidence.
