My overall experience was really great. The culture at this organization is really great. It is the kind of place where you will meet friends for life. I do feel like the leadership team makes decisions that favor the top-performing reps rather than equaling the playing field for all reps. The base pay and overall commission structure is not competitive in my opinion.

Upper management focuses on tenured reps success the most and it’s a lot of churn and burn with AE and AE 2 levels.

Overall the experience was great. The company is the best company I have ever worked for. Very passionate about what they do. The management, however, was terrible in the SDR division.
