Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Justworks is arguably the single most toxic culture I have ever worked for. They outwardly imply they are this open, accepting, diverse company. But once they are finished gaslighting you with free food for a month, you are then met with the typical toxic high school drama and cliques atmosphere. Be as awful of a company as you would like, but stop implying an inclusive culture if you are just going to be the opposite.
