The company has brought in a lot of new leadership in the last 6 months that are god awful and have no idea what they are doing. We had a Sr. Leader that told people they were leaving to take more money at a different company (after 9 months in the role) only to say they were staying and now no one will get a pay bump because they paid they more to stay. Great product and leadership. Culture is great and a focus from the top. Comp is low factoring in no 401k match. I will say that favoritism exists and some have much more opportunity to perform higher than others.

Culture is going in a bad direction, and over-hired. Company is in a good position, but wouldn't recommend sales roles here.
