Culture is going in a bad direction, and over-hired. Company is in a good position, but wouldn't recommend sales roles here.

VERY bullish on Ironclad as a company, leadership team, and product market fit. Comp was lower than peers, but worth the quality of the organization.

Was ok. They over hired in the sales department. Have a lot of competition in the space now. Seem to be one of the better players in the contract management space though.

Great product and leadership. Culture is great and a focus from the top. Comp is low factoring in no 401k match. I will say that favoritism exists and some have much more opportunity to perform higher than others.
