Culture is good and the CLM product has great product market fit, really excelling in the space. Quotas are unrealistic and OTE/attainment is skewed by a few ENT reps closing massive deals. SMB/MM are not given enough attention while company chases big logos.

Was ok. They over hired in the sales department. Have a lot of competition in the space now. Seem to be one of the better players in the contract management space though.

The company has brought in a lot of new leadership in the last 6 months that are god awful and have no idea what they are doing. We had a Sr. Leader that told people they were leaving to take more money at a different company (after 9 months in the role) only to say they were staying and now no one will get a pay bump because they paid they more to stay.
