Current Employee2.6Sep 19, 2023Culture is good and the CLM product has great product market fit, really excelling in the space. Quotas are unrealistic and OTE/attainment is skewed by a few ENT reps closing massive deals. SMB/MM are not given enough attention while company chases big logos.

Current Employee4.3Dec 8, 2023Great product and leadership. Culture is great and a focus from the top. Comp is low factoring in no 401k match. I will say that favoritism exists and some have much more opportunity to perform higher than others.
