This company has a lot of internal work to do. Constantly changing the structure and will not change the one thing that everyone at the company agrees upon. Quota is unrealistic and if you hit quota, you’re lucky. There is zero diversity. Training is good, but commission structure is terrible. No work life balance and high turnover. Instawork boomed off pandemic staffing rebound, overhired and has since had several major layoffs across AM, AE, and sales leadership roles. IMO the company will struggle due to prospects bringing staffing in-house, IW's refusal to give prospects desired payment terms, and strong competitor entering the market (Indeed Flex).
