Instawork boomed off pandemic staffing rebound, overhired and has since had several major layoffs across AM, AE, and sales leadership roles. IMO the company will struggle due to prospects bringing staffing in-house, IW's refusal to give prospects desired payment terms, and strong competitor entering the market (Indeed Flex).

Working at Instawork is like visiting an asylum and never leaving. The leadership couldn’t lead a fish to water. The day to day role play will have you pulling your teeth. I would rather walk on a bed of nails than ever work at Instawork again. Word of advice is to save yourself and your sanity.
