Definitely a place to get started in sales but not where you want to be long term. Leadership is often shaky at times in their communication of expectations (I watched a comp plan change 3 times within 3 months of working there). Managers are nice for the most part but are quick to put you on a PIP even during your ram period. Most folks I saw either got fired or found new jobs before they were fully ramped. Also a clear gap is created between the AE’s and the SDR’s. Do your best to build a relationship with your AE because the relationship won’t be there from the jump.

Generally speaking I had a positive experience. The company has made solid adjustments throughout my time there and I believe they have a bright future. My biggest frustration was that it seemed like they’ve lost their identity. They’re trying to get the right footing, but they appear to struggle with what businesses to target and when.
