Lot of macroeconomic issues, executive sales leadership is not in touch with the day to day, lot of favoritism throughout the org, juice is not worth the squeeze. 10 % of sales org is hitting quota and they are because they sell nationally compared to the rest of the org that’s regional and they have more opportunities to sell into larger orgs.
