Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Overall experience started strong but diminished greatly since the start of the year. Lotta negative changes. Really tough environment to sell. No inbound at all. While they focus on skill development they do so in a negative way. People leaving left and right. Major layoff back in April. Always changing the goal post and what you do is never enough. They created a new commercial sales executive role which is a new step between sdr and ae to keep you as a glorified sdr for longer. Really had to hit quota. 30% hit on a good month. I would only recommend this if you’re desperate and if you’re ready to work like a dog to hit your ote. Hitting ote is nearly impossible for most. Having a good ae will help your chances dramatically. Be very wary and be ready to work a shift too. If you take any time off it will hurt your chances of even sniffing quota. Quota is monthly so you’re always chasing it. No quota relief. Will fire you for bad month or two almost without reason. STAY AWAY!!
