Great leaders. Genuinely care. My Manager is scrubbed in and spends a ton of time with me. There's also tons of training and coaching. We do daily coaching. What could be better is marketing should improve the lead pass, because it's an opportunity for improvement. Also need better snacks.

Definitely a place to get started in sales but not where you want to be long term. Leadership is often shaky at times in their communication of expectations (I watched a comp plan change 3 times within 3 months of working there).
