The people that work here are wonderful and talented. I think the sales organization fell into an easy trap of mass growth with no way to support it. Around 20% of the org is hitting quota for the last 6 months.

I have been able to be successful here but it is a challenging environment. In order to succeed you must look at a target of 50-75% over your goal in order to meet quota consistently. Company started out great. As the company started to scale, they didn’t take into account the fact that markets would be over saturated with the amount of people working within them. Hardly anybody ever hits quota, would not recommend unless this is your last option.
