The people that work here are wonderful and talented. I think the sales organization fell into an easy trap of mass growth with no way to support it. Around 20% of the org is hitting quota for the last 6 months.

Pay is great compared to the market for the role, the rest lacks in every area possible. This is a great place to make money and leave for a better, higher paying role, that has a market fit and has a healthy culture.

This company has a lot of internal work to do. Constantly changing the structure and will not change the one thing that everyone at the company agrees upon.
