Generally speaking I had a positive experience. The company has made solid adjustments throughout my time there and I believe they have a bright future. My biggest frustration was that it seemed like they’ve lost their identity. They’re trying to get the right footing, but they appear to struggle with what businesses to target and when.

Most people don't stay here for a year. You'll realize only 20% of people hit quota and you see people get fired and drop like flies like Omaha Beach at Normandy. They don't give formal PIPs they just fire you. CEO just fired about a dozen sales managers/directors/and the VP.
