Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Most people don't stay here for a year. You'll realize only 20% of people hit quota and you see people get fired and drop like flies like Omaha Beach at Normandy. They don't give formal PIPs they just fire you. CEO just fired about a dozen sales managers/directors/and the VP. They're scrambling right now to figure out what to do.
-daily 8 am meetings to role play and regurgitate the same stuff over and over
You're selling a staffing agency app. Most HR teams see you as competition. An Instaworker might show up drunk to a shift and the customer will never want to work with us again.
Pros: free lunch 2 days a week and you bond with your coworkers in the foxhole trying to survive day in and day out
Advice to leadership: None - it's a total clown show and I wouldn't be surprised to see this company go belly up. Last round of funding was in May 2023 for 60 million and the way they're squirming, I think they're running out.
I guarantee you 95% of the former sales people who moved on and/or got axed will not say a single good thing about this company. Browse Other Reviews
