DO NOT ACCEPT A JOB AT INSTAWORK. Read that first sentence again.... This company is ranked 4,080 out of 5,075 companies on Repvue. It's not a coincidence. Nobody hitting goal, dumb leadership, and a product that doesn't always deliver as promised. So much is out of your control to be successful and make money here. Every 1 star review is spot on. Instawork boomed off pandemic staffing rebound, overhired and has since had several major layoffs across AM, AE, and sales leadership roles. IMO the company will struggle due to prospects bringing staffing in-house, IW's refusal to give prospects desired payment terms, and strong competitor entering the market (Indeed Flex).
