The day to day role play will have you pulling your teeth. I would rather walk on a bed of nails than ever work at Instawork again. Word of advice is to save yourself and your sanity. Former Employee2.1Feb 29, 2024Generally speaking I had a positive experience. The company has made solid adjustments throughout my time there and I believe they have a bright future. My biggest frustration was that it seemed like they’ve lost their identity. They’re trying to get the right footing, but they appear to struggle with what businesses to target and when.

Leadership is often shaky at times in their communication of expectations (I watched a comp plan change 3 times within 3 months of working there). Managers are nice for the most part but are quick to put you on a PIP even during your ram period. Most folks I saw either got fired or...Read More
