2. All Partner Account Executives have the exact same quota across the entire country, which makes absolutely no sense.
3. After talking to other coworkers that had been there a lot longer, I found out that Human Interest has a reputation of mass hiring and mass FIRING (when you least expect it).
4. I have never had a position where I felt SO stressed and constantly worried about losing my job, even if you're performing well. They ride their employees HARD....non-stop!
5. You can make great money there, but you will have absolutely zero work life balance.
6. I never saw the CEO even ONCE while I was there. Not on Zoom meetings. Not even in mass emails. He needs to be more present in the day-to-day of the company. At least show face every once in a while.
