This company has a great product in the SMB space for any company looking for a fully automated 401(k). However, toxic leadership here! Beware of that before joining. As an AE here, you are not set up to succeed. Turn and burn role.

This place is full of politics and favoritism. The CRO is an egotistical sociopath. Pay is decent, but if you aren't one of the 'preferred' AEs, you won't do well because they'll give you all the fake leads, and they'll eventually fire you.
