Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee I have been with HubSpot for over 7 years. The product has grown and evolved to be the best in the space. However, over my time here I have seen them lose their vision for how to continue to scale and grow the company effectively when it comes to the sales department.
Leadership has unrealistic growth demands, over higher and have no sense of direction. They have brought in leaders who micromanage to the level that has driven out talent.
