Very stressful monthly quota. Great culture in other segments. You will need to work overtime to reach quota every month

There are no incentives in place to encourage representatives to increase sales; instead, it operates as a churn-and-burn system where representatives are held accountable for the other teams' failure to retain customers.

Best sales job I've ever had. Quotas are tough but reasonable and based on data not goal growth rates. Virtually everyone is competent and a pleasure to work with.
