It's hard, but, the upside is there. Lots of new managers who struggle to develop talent but also pockets of excellence throughout the org. To do well don't depend on your manager

Great company, great team culture. Great perks such as remote / hybrid / office, gym reimbursement, competitive health insurance, books. Comp base is average but total earnings is quite high, attainable.
