All these 1 or 2 sentence "best job I've ever had" reviews make no sense and is likely someone internally trying to combat how bad its become so they can keep that churn and burn hiring machine going.
This role will take a horrendous toll on your mental health and it will burn you out because no matter how much you outbound prospect, you will never have enough in your pipe to hit quota, unless you are part of the in-crowd. You do not need to be a talented rep to succeed here, you just need to know how to play the internal game.
Absurd attainment clawback policies, micro-management, gaslighting, ridiculous over-hiring (you are getting on a conveyor belt that will end at the 9-12 month mark), outbound prospecting does not work because nobody is starting conversations about expensive marketing tech without some level of inbound intent, therefore quotas are not based on reality, simply not enough opportunity to go around, top 10-20 "in" reps are the order takers, they are never without ready to buy leads.
