This is not the HubSpot it used to be. Leadership has changed drastically, quota attainment, at least in Mid Market is hovering around 30% and they just made sweeping changes to comp plans. If customers clawback you now go back on attainment.

There's a ton going on in the role at any given moment and 150+ reps even in the SMB space. It's hard to carve out your own success.
