Working at HubSpot is great. Its an awesome logo to have on your resume and you have all the resources and tools to do your job. Only drawback is its extremely fast moving and you are battling against HUNDREDS of reps in your segment which makes finding strong opportunities far and few between. At the end of the day its sales. If you are looking for the perfect fit, best of luck. HubSpot has been good for me thus far and I plan on riding it out as long as I can

It was a very interesting experience. Good salary, good culture, good product and good flexibility (full remote, hybrid or on-site, you have the choice)

Team is being asked to sell way more than is possible. Attainment percentages are dropping like a rock across the sales org. Was 60-70% hitting quota 3 years ago now it’s about 30%.
