Sales reps are set up to fail. 100% outbound and must find all leads. Reps are constantly fighting with each other over leads due to poor TAM. Average sale size of $300 and On a good month 25% attainment. Yet the quota is constantly increasing. Poor leadership and lack of experienced managers coupled with the terrible attainment are leading to mass turnover. Would not recommend.

Overall, the culture is pretty incredible when it comes to sales orgs. There are some issues with GTM and the "bi-model" GTM strategy, but it's upmarket ENT expansion pains more than anything.
