High performance focused company. KPI and metric driven. Greatly rewarded for business impact, commission structure is uncapped and there are accelerators. It's a very fast paced environment so you do need to look after yourself outside of work to keep up with the demand but there is massive investment in new hire training and onboarding.

Not the same HubSpot sales org that it used to be. No lead flow and wayyyyy too much over hiring. Leadership should spend more time listening to reps than failed advisors and consultants.
