Amazing company, great leadership and great products. Issues is leads provided are not always consistent and accounts given aren’t always the best so a lot of grinding early on. Sometimes it’s the luck of the draw or being hired at the right time and inheriting a curated account list. Quota can feel high especially in SMB when a lot of businesses can’t afford services.

Very difficult to attain quota as a manager because normally only 60% of the team attain quota
