Company has had some big changes in leadership, quotas went up a ton this year and the territories shrunk. Lots of long term reps/managers leaving. Things just are not the way they use to be, historically a winning culture it feels like everyone is in fear of losing there jobs with most public companies the focus is now on stock growth at all costs.

HubSpot is an amazing product to sell - however, the sales organization (SMB in particular) is a mess. Too many reps + high quotas means most reps last about a year before either leaving or getting fired. Most of the day was spent prospecting for decent accounts.woth little to no luck.
