If things are that bad at HubSpot then why does Repvue show that 48% are hitting? Is that just totally wrong?

That is because it is taking into account ramping reps whose quota are very small and easy to obtain or surpass. After the 6-7 month mark things start to become more difficult since the quota is starting to get high and ASP is low.

It's very misleading - That 48% includes ramping reps with a small quota of $1200/mo. MRR.

Typically 25 -30% of fully-ramped reps are hitting their number every month.

Historically reps did hit , now 25% fully ramped hit on a good month. There’s a mass exodus coming in Emea in the next 6 months. 3 top reps quit today alone

There’s a bigger thing here: RepVue doesn’t give you a date range for quota attainment. When I was hired there about 2 years ago it was at like 63% and is now down to 48%. Ramp is a factor, but there is also a lot of OLD data that is artificially inflating the score.

This figure can be misleading due to the ramp period for new hires and the company's PIP policy. When a rep's attainment falls below 70% over a 6-9 month period, they often choose to leave rather than face the unattainable PIP, which inflates the overall attainment numbers. The system is designed to inflate numbers and percentages and mask the underlying challenges within the team.

It’s very tenured reps that are hitting who take advantage of newer reps with splits while they ramp.

I would add my view and opinion here too. The target achievement also is very different depending on region and segment. I am a new starter and I have only hit target once in the last 7 months. Tracking overall on 70%. From what I have seen and been told that's expected in my role. But yet it's not reflected in comp or target. Also overall the amount of people hitting target around me is a lot lower than 25% it's basically 1-2 reps a month out of a team of 8.

People who don't hit quota are usually negative and come on to review sites to complain :-). We've had ~70% of reps hitting quota each month in Canada the past quarter!
