Its a start up within a startup so there is constant change with comp and quota every month. Base is decent but our commission is capped

The leadership team is all over the place...hired on as part of an expansion of the sales team. The expansion plan lasted about 4 months before they laid off over half the team, including reps with tenure that were exceeding goals.
