- Incompetent management - most are just external and have no experience in managing a book of business or selling to the customers they are managing you on.
- “Luck of the draw book of business and quota attainment
- No work life balance
- They promote and self describe an “aggressive” work environment. Openly say the company is “not for everyone” unless you are if the few people who want to work nights and weekends.
- No professional development, multiple people were fired during onboarding for not passing a live exam.
- Quota changes monthly, constant account shift and if you hit goal it goes up the next month making it harder snd harder to hit.
- Micro management to the max on emails, calls, calls listened to, and etc.
- If you have the option or aren’t desperate, please for your own mental health stray far from this company.
