Earning potentials have been greatly cut. Quotas continue to increase with less resources. No SDR support or inbound leads. 100% self sourced. KPI’s are unattainable.

The leadership team is all over the place...hired on as part of an expansion of the sales team. The expansion plan lasted about 4 months before they laid off over half the team, including reps with tenure that were exceeding goals.

Company treats employees like a revolving door. Toxic sales, bro work culture. Absolutely zero work life balance. Terrible training and development. Coworkers are amazing. Leadership and upper management are awful, minus a very small few. There is a lot more that can be said, but to sum it up - Do. Not. Work. Here. You will regret it.
