The leadership team is all over the place...hired on as part of an expansion of the sales team. The expansion plan lasted about 4 months before they laid off over half the team, including reps with tenure that were exceeding goals.

Solid product. Awesome culture. Tough targets. Leadership is great, and the team is hungry as well. Only the strongest will enjoy their time here bc they make it. Most others cannot from what I experienced. You’ll progress at HE more than any other role you will entertain. That I can guarantee.
