Solid product. Awesome culture. Tough targets. Leadership is great, and the team is hungry as well. Only the strongest will enjoy their time here bc they make it. Most others cannot from what I experienced. You’ll progress at HE more than any other role you will entertain. That I can guarantee.

Good role for someone new without experience but way too many meetings and way too much micromanagement. Most new hires last less than a year.

Throughout my time here, it's been exhausting to say the least. The expectations in a market that is barely wanting to spend and inflation is affecting pricing is not realistic.
