Hootsuite over-hired in 2021 and early 2022 and had to layoff almost 50% of its sales teams. Good opportunity to learn and a stepping stone in Canadian tech.

Great DEI culture. Product -market fit has lagged a lot in last few years and competition has grown at a much faster rate. Compensation structure needs serious review to keep their sellers motivated.

Good experience but there were constant RIFs, changes in CEOs, multiple CROs. Current CRO was an AE just a few years ago.
