Experience was positive until reporting structure changed to US-based leadership. Went downhill after that. Canadian leadership team was great to work with.

Comp structure changed 3x within a year, leadership is a revolving door and admitted our role has no path to promotion but it's a good stepping stone job to land your next. POD is not always team friendly and point fingers.
