Hitachi Vantara
Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee In a year and a half the compensation structure was changed out 3 times. The leadership barely knows what is going on or how to fix the issues we are experiencing in the field. There is a massive accountability problem within the organization. Barely anyone knows what the job is supposed to be so everyone is guessing and scrambling to make sure they don't look bad. There is not a winning sales culture at this place. Barely anyone makes quota. We sell everything through the channel and most partners are not enthusiastic about working with us. When people don't make quota after about a year or two they ship them out. This has made this place somewhat of a revolving door. There has recently been a massive shift in leadership. Guys high up at NetApp have come over to Hitachi. There has already been big changes with some of the Regional leadership but I believe you can expect more in the closing of this quarter. Overall this place has great products but then again so do their competitors. Poor management has people staying in the role only because it is easy and they continue to get a paycheck.
