Comp structure changed 3x within a year, leadership is a revolving door and admitted our role has no path to promotion but it's a good stepping stone job to land your next. POD is not always team friendly and point fingers.

Honestly, I don’t know how this company stays in business. For the commercial side it takes a year for the reps to even fully understand what the company is selling. They talk about sustainability and cyber resiliency and hybrid cloud. They give you a script that is a bait and switch for customers. They sell and resell hardware.
