Comp structure changed 3x within a year, leadership is a revolving door and admitted our role has no path to promotion but it's a good stepping stone job to land your next. POD is not always team friendly and point fingers.

My overall experience has been underwhelming. They ask a lot of individual contributors and don’t invest properly in people - both from a professional development standpoint and resource standpoint. They are severely under staffed and ask too much of existing team members.
