The culture and diversity needs work and they've obviously switched gears over the past few years. The money initially was great, then when the focus switched to IPO, things changed up.

My overall experience was not great. This is a growing company, but the post sales team is not properly incentivized.

The company did not focus on onboarding as well as it should and European leadership did not take an active role in motivating employees. Morale was low and diversity was not great however it was a super friendly atmosphere with a good culture that was quickly diluting with poor leadership.
