My overall experience was complicated because the management is very stressful and manage by fear. The company is driven by the fear to loose his job

The company did not focus on onboarding as well as it should and European leadership did not take an active role in motivating employees. Morale was low and diversity was not great however it was a super friendly atmosphere with a good culture that was quickly diluting with poor leadership.

Very little support from senior execs or sales leadership in pre sales process. I watched many good performers get blamed for the company’s ineffective strategy and forced out.
