The company did not focus on onboarding as well as it should and European leadership did not take an active role in motivating employees. Morale was low and diversity was not great however it was a super friendly atmosphere with a good culture that was quickly diluting with poor leadership.

Leadership is very weak and the culture is toxic. The product is not user friendly and not evolving well enough compared to the competitors.

Company has the ability to turn into something great. Some leaders are simply too inexperienced and are unable to drive change. They burn amazing talent for terrible reasons.
