Former Employee2.0Apr 1, 2024Company has completely changed leadership and course. I loved my time at Highspot until recently. New leadership is cleaning house and wants to bring in people they've worked with before (don't blame them)

Former Employee3.6Sep 19, 2023While the culture was once strong and thriving with great leaders, the culture has shifted. General consensus among AEs is that leadership understands the theory of how sales should work, but lacks the practical understanding of what’s actually working/needed to win. Significant amount of admin work which needs to be balanced with prospecting and deal management.
