Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Lots of restructuring on the post-sales side of the house. It was needed to ensure customer revenue growth. With that change, there was a lot of the customer success team whose role changed and, understandably, they were unhappy. However, if you're looking for a company, and it's a role you are wanting, it's a great place. Leadership is sharp, lots of connections in the industry with Microsoft and Salesforce. Great product that is clearly better than the competitors. Only cons are some growing pains about aligning AM/CSM focus and customers not thrilled with the previous revolving doors of their account team. Browse Other Reviews
