multiple rounds of layoffs over the last 6 months, job security isn't great right now, 2 VPs left in the last month, morale is at an all-time low and they just hired a new a CRO, nobody is tracking to hit their quota this year after an all-time low last year

My overall experience was not great. This is a growing company, but the post sales team is not properly incentivized.

Lots of restructuring on the post-sales side of the house. It was needed to ensure customer revenue growth. With that change, there was a lot of the customer success team whose role changed and, understandably, they were unhappy.
